Manager/Head Teacher - Kingsway Preschool

Manager/Head Teacher of KingsWay Preschools. We are seeking a special person to take over this important role as our incumbent Manager is due to retire March 2012. We have two biblically based Christian centres located minutes apart. One has been established for nearly thirty years, while the other is in a temporary location as we wait for our new dual centre to be built. The successful applicant will have:  a strong faith  proven leadership qualities  Maturity  respectful people management skills  up to date knowledge and understanding of Ministry of Education regulations and policies  be professional, passionate  able to work collaboratively in a team environment and with the Governance Committee to promote the vision and Christian character, that is an inherent part of our programme.
