Head Teacher / Manager for Christian Preschool - Covenant Kids

Covenant Kids is a well established, licensed Christian Learning Centre in Manukau, Auckland, catering for 3 to 5 year olds. We are seeking a full-time, EC qualified Head Teacher to lead our committed team of five teachers and an administrator. We are looking for that special person for whom teaching is not just a job but a calling. As an outreach ministry of a local Christian church, we are seeking a person fully committed to our ‘special character’ Christian philosophy, with a passion for children and their families, to make a positive difference in their lives. The successful applicant must have proven leadership qualities, work well in a team, be able to take on the oversight of teaching and have a good understanding of regulations and policies. The Preschool is well resourced and has a great administration support person in place. The successful applicant will report to a supportive Management Board.
